All trainers come from the emergency services sector, guaranteeing real life experiences and not the standard "book answer". Their knowledge and teaching qualifications will provide a great learning experience.

Jordan Hill Training Manager Jordan has worked as a professional trainer for the past nine years. As our training manger, Jordan is responsible for all training and trains a variety of courses himself. Jordan’s background is from the outdoor industry. This led him into the Industrial Rope Access world before working in the Maritime Search and Rescue sector. Jordan holds the CTLLS (Level 4) certificate.
Laura Hill Office Manager Laura is responsible for the day to day running of the company. Her career in the legal field means she has an eye for detail and promises to ensure our service is first class. Give Laura a call today on 01634 816090 to discuss your requirements.
Jaime Wood Jaime is our Working at Height training specialist. As an approved IRATA trainer and confined space rescue technician, Jaime will guarantee a quality learning experience. Jaime holds the PTLLS (Level 4) certificate.
Ross Boushear Ross is a full time Health and Safety trainer. He leads our First Aid training team and his experiences promise an excellent course. Ross's background includes the outdoor and leisure industry. Ross works as a volunteer crew member in the Maritime Search and Rescue sector when not training.
Jason Carroll Jason’s career started afloat working around the UK. His love of the water has led him to a full time career in the Maritime Search and Rescue. When not on the water, Jason can be found working as a part time Fire Fighter. Jason is one of our fire safety trainers and a first aid assessor. Jason holds the PTLLS (Level 4) certificate.
Graham Tassell Graham is one of our First Aid trainers. Graham has worked in the Maritime Search and Rescue sector for over 10 years. Graham holds the PTLLS (Level 4) certificate.
David Greenfield David is a First aid trainer and assessor. David is ex-armed forces, now working in the Maritime Search and Rescue sector. When not on shift he also works as a community first responder for London Ambulance Service. David holds the PTLLS (Level 4) certificate.
Matt Stickles Matt’s knowledge of water safety is outstanding and is put across in our Health and Safety training courses. Matt is one of our first aid assessors. Matt works full time as a commercial ships Master and Part Time in the Maritime Search and Rescue sector.
